I've never had a problem with the office staff. They've always been very helpful and quick to solve problems. Maintenance might take a couple of days, but that's usually it. Perhaps I've been luckier than some of the others'

The only flaw with the management is that they will let ANYBODY in. Kids will be kids, they don't bother me so much. What bothers me are the teens/adults that sit on their cars and blare their music. Heck, sometimes I come out to find them sitting on MY car! And I can't count the times I've come out to find someone's parked in the street preventing others from pulling out of the actually parking spaces. There's alot of yelling and screaming from the teens/adults as well. Not very much respect. The music is blared or the people will start yelling at any and all hours.

And then there is the gate. It should be removed. It rarely works, and when it does, the non-residents are clogging up the entrance.

And then there's after hours. Not safe at all. Even management will tell you not to go out alone after dark.

Lincoln Trace could be a great place to live, but not until they get tougher on who they allow in.

I agree. I've lived there since May '07 and I really like my apartment but will be moving when my lease is up b/c it is just too hood and I don't feel safe. Case in point, the people below apparently don't work, smoke weed all day (which comes into my apt. I guess through the vents), and play loud music all hours of the day and night.
