First off, there is new construction going on nearby. You will hear machinery waking you up before 730 am. Some residents put their trash in front of their door. There trash compactor is always overflowing; people put their trash around it since their is no more space in it. the GATE! is NEVER working. I have not seen an arm on it in more than 4 months. When it is working, cars are piled up to the street because there is only one entrance for both visitors and residents. Management does not have anyone regularly clean the entrance and hallways of the apartment buildings. There are quite a few DMX wannabees... by this i mean many, many people seem to think it's okay to have their pitbulls running around; even without leashes. Honest, to god, i have seen about 5-7 baby pitbulls at some time or another around here in the last couple months. There is no place for your kids to play safely with these crazy animals running around. The parking is ATROCIOUS for certain buildings. People have to park anywhere and everywhere they can. Even in no parking (fire engine) zones. The place was just bought by new management a month ago or so and i have yet to see any improvements. Back to the gates, did i mention that sometimes both entrances don't work, and you can't even get in our out of the apartment' This has happed to me a few times already in the eight months or so that i have been here. This place is okay to move to if you are in a rush, like i was, but as soon as you move in, start looking for a better place to live. The only thing these apartments have going for them is that they are centrally located to the interstate and shopping/banking areas. And maybe the price which was 679 when i moved in but i heard it's 729 now for a two bedroom. Oh yeah i just remembered, if you move here you will frequently get notices on your door giving you safety tips because yet ANOTHER apartment renter has had their home broken into Again i have been here 8 months and have received at least 4-5 of these notices. Oh yeah remembered another thing: The walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors conversation in the bathroom if you are that bored to listen.
