After living @ Lincoln Trace for the past 5-years I can honestly say the service and quality of living has substantially deteriorated. When the property changed ownership and removed the original leasing staff and maintenance team, it was the beginning of the end like on the ship Titanic. Phones go unanswered during anytime of the day, messages are not returned promptly, and the leasing office is never opened during the posted hours. On top of that, we submitted in writing as of this year that we would not be renewing our lease after 5-years and now the leasing staff is trying to assess a 1-month cancellation fee for not giving 30-days written notice!! They assumed that since we did not renew that we were going to go month-to-month without any confirmation nor any documents had been signed. OMG, on top of that the leasing agent that called to inform us of such was quite belligerent about us moving out of the unit and leaving our keys in the drop box.

Talk about cheesy customer service!

The location of this property is excellent however, it would be better off if another property management company moved in & turned the entire complex into condos!! Therefore, it would be a stronger regulation about the riff-raff they allow to move onto the premises.

I am so glad to be rid of them. And yes I will fight them to the very end if they attempt to mark my credit with this so called cancellation fee!!
