Avoid if at all possible

We moved into this complex about 3 months ago. Though our unit was recently remodeled, and the location of this complex is excellent, there are several reasons why I would recommend avoiding this complex.
- Nothing has been repaired since we moved into our unit, even after filing numerous repair orders
- communication is poor. There was a fire in the units nearly a month ago, and no explanation has ever been given
- facilities are not maintained and are often unavailable. The tennis courts have never been cleaned, the pool has often been closed, and the on-site gym has not been accessible for over a month.

I know what you mean - I;ve been here for almost a year and I still have the same repairs needing to be addressed..Its awful here I hate it and I cant wait to move. You must live in the front ..Thats actually the worse area to live in Its loud- dirty and alot of traffic. I live in the back..its more quiet but this place is just horrible.
