Mission Galleria Apartments

I came in applying in September and was very impressed with the way the spanish young lady made me feel. I was very comfortable in making, what I thought a very wise decision. she shown me everything in the community and even shown me an empty home. She had a very great and friendly personality. Now there is a new manager that seems to have a personality issue. I asked about her and the spanish girl and they told me that the mamager was wrongly fired and the spanish girl left. The staff seems dead and lost. and The maintenance do not respond to your needs. I am ready to move out of here and not look back on this nightmare. Please say no to Mission
Galleria if you would like to live in a better community, this is not it. Infested with roaches very, very badly. Gate never works and the manager has no time to speak with the residents.

The faucets in the bath rooms leak constantly. NONE - STOP.
They sparyed painted the bath tubs. The paint have begun to peal off in the bath tubs.
I've contacted the management over and over. The maintenance man came in and didn't fix a thing. The faucets are still dripping all day long.
Leaving moles in the bath tubs.
The maintenance man left a note to say he'll be back tomorrow. We are still waiting for that "tomorrow" to arrive.
Poor, poor, poor, poor, poor, poor ... management
