Honestly, I like living here. One year now.

Pros: Apartments far from the entrance are very quiet; I am a student and can easily study here. The apartment itself has well functioning appliances. This is the only place I know that has a washer and dryer included in the apartment. Definitely a plus!! Place is renovated. Quality of interior apartment is superb. Exterior of buildings are well painted. Grounds kept pretty clean. Also, there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms. Very spacious 2 bedroom floorplan! Master bedroom is huge! Everything is electric. No gas! Water bill based on usage. Mine has only been around $7 (this includes water used for washing clothes). Not no $38 flat rate as other apartments in Cobb. A brochure is given out every month that talks about the fun activities going on in Atlanta. Maintenance used to be horrible. But now, its not too bad. Requests are answered quickly.

Cons: Gate has not been fixed for the year that I have been here. The assistant manager is great, but the rest of the staff do not show much interest in you. One swimming pool maintained, the other is green and ugly. Fitness center is very small and only open when the leasing office is open. Tennis court is just there.

Overall, more pros than cons. It really depends on what's important to you and what you can put up with.
