i have lived there for 5 years. when i first got there, it was called Lincoln Trace Apartments. the second year, it's Mission Galleria.

Here's my issues:
1. The staff changes too frequently. When you can't keep a staff, that should tell you something.
2. Both pools used to be operable. Now, only one and that's usually locked.
3. There was a 'sexual' issue that happened in the complex the third year. They locked the exercise room and never opened it for months.
4. The payment drop box has been removed because of robberies in the area. Problem is, most people can not make it to the office before it closes or no one is there to collect it from you during the weekend.
5. Maintenance: It takes them almost 5 days to complete a work order. I live next to that building.
6. Insects: Too many. They used to send a pest control person every Friday and that stopped too.
7. Gate: The five years I have lived here, worked 1 1/2 years!
8. The master bedroom in my apt needed the air ducts cleaned, per maintenance, when they were Lincoln Trace. Haven't came to clean them yet!
9. I have more, need I continue!

Can you tell me how crime is here? Any issues with car break ins, or apartment break ins? Do people loiter a lot? Thanks in advance. I need an affordable place to live close to work. Would I really be that miserable here?

Well, they found a dead woman in the middle of the parking lot; pre-teens jumping on your car; I found a strange man at my door when I returned home from work. If you get an apt in the front, you should be OK
