I think some of these reviews on here are a little harsh. I have been living here for a lil while now and I like it here. The office staff is really nice, when I had problems they were done fairly quickly. Nowhere is gonna be perfect.

You haven't lived here long enough. How about the gates that never work? Not able to fully utilize the gym. They said they have two pools. Only one is ever cleaned and used. The only thing that's ever clean is the street entrance to get unsuspecting passerby to come in and take a look.

I am not please with my apt. No hot water for 4 days and the carpet is not clean, I just moved in over the weekend. I'm told because it is 30 years old they can not replace the carpet. Does not make since to me.
