Just broke my lease today, no way I am staying here any longer. I have been here for 4 years and watched it go from a decent spot to straight ghetto. This year alone there has been a murder, break ins, a sexual assault, and I watched the 2nd building since i lived here burn down. And that's just this year! And its only half over!

Also, there was never a reason sent out for either of the buildings burning down. Management has changed at least 3 times I can remember since i lived here as well.

Don't let the ads fool you. There is no tennis court, its a make shift basketball court. There is only one functional pool. Also don't let the nice trees and pond fool you either, just read the above mentioned incidents again.

Yea, I breezed thru there one day, stopped to look over one of the bldgs that fronts the lake. To my disgust, I saw old foil pans w/ pieces of stale pizza in them, lots of other "picnic" trash & an old soccer ball bobbing around in the water at the lake's edge. What trashy people! Also, the bldg itself looked like ghetto squalor in the stair well area - pealing wallpaper, gashes in the walls & the stair railing was very loose & unsafe. But the worst thing was all the men idling about in the middle of a work day; as I was walking around the property I felt VERY vulnerable. I've lived in LA (CA) all my life & I recognize criminal types when I see them. I high-tailed it right out of that spooky place - what you tell me only corroborates my gut instinct. Thank you!
