Where do I start'
Poor mnagement, loud neighbors, ceiling falling apart, unsupervised children that run around destroying nature and property, ants, over 4 cars broken into in 6 months including mine and my boyfriends. Yeah, they are big, but you won't notice how big your apartment is if you are dead. Not pet friendly, no community at all, pool is dirty and green some days, perfectly the next, yard work at 8;00 in the morning with no warning, can't use the grills, the tennis court is a wreck, and I guess they lowered the rent or something because the type of people that have moved in are not the type you want to have a BBQ with. No fire escapes on top floors, so your just out of luck, hardly enough parking, people have to double park and park against the woods, always some kind of broken trash, glass or metal laying in parking lots, will turn off water without notifying you. I had to call the after hours emergency number twice ad the first time just got hung up on, and the second they hung up and diconnected the phone. They leave sewer gates open in the grass to where any person or animal could fall in. They do a horrible job of repairs, and not in a timely fashion. Neighbors are not friendly. THey also do cheesy things like have people dressed up like clowns in fron t of the complex trying to attract people to come and rent.
So if you are looking for a place that feels like the projects in New York, Oak Park of Vinings is for you!
