I've lived here for 13 months now. I just signed another one year lease.

The attributes far outweigh the negatives, especially for the money. The apartments are huge and reasonably priced. I hear this place was a dump before the remodel, but now they all have new appliances, cabinets and flooring. The grounds are usually kept in decent condition and the management staff is courteous and helpful.

The negatives- these are old apartments, despite the extensive facelift. As a result, there are occasional leaks, uneven floors and walls and, sometimes, bugs. Most neighbors in my building are reasonably quiet, but the road passing by the complex is very loud all night long (loud stereos mostly). I also wouldn't pick a lot of the neighbors in the complex if I had a choice...but that is my sentiment about most of the complexes in this area/price range.

Overall, it's a steal for what I pay considering the space I have. I doubt I'll stay after this year is up, but only because I want to move to a more upscale complex.
