Too many problems

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I lived here for 10 months and broke my lease due to constant leaks, ants, and mildew. I had to call the maintenance atleast twice a weak and he look like he may be a psycho so who wants that every week' Once they had to replace the heater and cut a huge hole in the wall that stayed that way for days til the new one came in, not to mention I had no heat and have small kids. They are reasonable for price and size but for the bull I had to go through it's not even worth it.
