I didn't even get to move in yet and went and looked at my new apartment I was getting and found several things wrong that they weren't willing to fix before I was suppose to take ownership of my new apartment. Last time I checked if your gonna pay rent you better have it fixed before hand it over! If I wanted to live in a ghetto apartment I would move to the ghetto but I picked them and man was I wrong! Never knew Vinings had a ghetto, but now I know they do. Now I have to shell out more money than I have planned on for moving, but I have to have a place to live since this apartment complex won't take ownership of there apartments and fix the problems!!!!!So when theres a special , theres a reason for that! Or if it's too good to bee true, it is to good to be true! The staff here is not very professional and are not willing to cater to peoples needs and life styles when looking for a new place to live! They said they would call us and keep us updated on our place, False! They promised it would be in living condition when it comes time to move in,False!!! So if they already don't care it makes me wonder if they'll be like that once you move in! I will be reporting them to the company that owns them. The funny thing is that the company that does own them is owned by the same people that own the property where I live now and I've never had a problem here!....Hmmmm maybe it's time for a turn over and get leasing agents that care about people and are willing to take care of there tenants!!! I repeat never move here,never never never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

LOL I am so glad someone else agrees with the mess that I currently go through. The property Managers are FIRST COMMUNITY. And they suck. They won't call back when you complain to them. Noone is ever available, and they don't call back when they say they will for follow-up. The person that you should talk to there sucks...Diane, but I was transferred to Whitney and she called back, only after I pretended to be a lawyer. That is a shame that I have to lie about my status. PLEASE LISTEN: YOU ARE NO DIFFERENT FROM ALL OF THE REST OF US, DO NOT MOVE INTO OAK PARK OF VININGS. EVER!! THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCONCERNED ABOUT YOUR WELL-BEING. GOOD LUCK!!
