I was looking to move closer to work and was reffered to Oak Park by a co-worker I really didn't know too well. He said the location was great and that I would be happy with the size and rent. He was right, I called and spoke with a young lady first and she sounded nice and answered all of my questions. I stopped in to take a look for myself, cause people will tell you anything! I liked what I saw in the model but asked to see an actual apartment that I would be moving into, and I saw it! The lay out was different but for the most part it looked great, even better than the other because it has my stuff in it now! I filled out the application the same day and moved in a few weeks later, my apartment was ready when I moved in, even weeks before I moved in. Overall my experience has been wonderful, everything in my apartment works, I'm real clean so I have no roaches in my aparmtent, However I will see an palmento bug here and there outside my house when I get home, when you're in georgia they're everywere. I also stay on a lower level. I would say to check out the apartments for yourself, everyones experience of course is going to be different, I was suprised when I read the other stuff. I'm grateful that I am not going through any of those situations, I'm here for 9 more months if I move out I will be sure to note back.

I would just like to say that in the beginning it was great also. It took about 1 year for the unobvious problems to start surfacing. Do not be fooled by the wolves in sheeps clothing. "Where no wise guidance is, the people fall, but in the multitude of counselors there is safety???.. MEANING, THERE IS SAFETY IN NUMBERS
