I moved to a 2 bed apt with my 3 kids and husband, our first night in the apt the entire complex lost electricity in the summer. The apt is only wired for 1 room to have a phone jack. The bugs are bug ang nasty,the office calls them WATER BUGS..EWWWW.
We moved in to an apt that had a stain they attempted to cover up with carpet cleaning, after 2 wks of us living there the smell of the shampoo wore off and the stain was urine from an animal from the previous tenants. We told the office they did nothing. the paint in the tub of one of the bathrooms was chipping off office didnt fix for 2 wks.
Not a great place to live, ---- the property manager has a nasty attitude. ------ is a sweetheart I hope she find another job she deserves bettter then to have to work in th slums.
We broke our lease and had to leave because the urine smell was making my family sick. Also our heat never worked

I just moved out on November 4, and I was attemptingg to sway people from moving in. Its ---- who is the problem. ------ is a good property manager. See my comments....DYMONSATL. When I got ---- told she told me that the only people that were complaining were tose that werernt paying their bills. I said well if thats the excuse that you've come up with then it doesnt apply to me and she had nothing to say. I am going to ONCE AGAIN call First Communities and have them check out that place.

---- is on her way out anyway. The reason people were moving in was because it was the only complex that you need no application fee and the area is decent. But the complex is a mess, the landscaping crew must be related to ---- because they hacked up the buches, I had water leaking in my daughter room during a heavy rain storm the maintance came and told me they can't do anything until it stops raining. ---- has to keep a certain number of people moving in or it relfects bad on her so she is letting anyone move in. ON the day I went to sign my lease there was a couple trying to get there keys and the lady was so ------------ she ----------- and her eyes were ----------, something should have told me then. All we can do is keep warning people.
