I lived at this apartment complex for almost 2 years, my first year the only complaint I had was that my walk way and front windows were totally covered with bushes which made it a very unsafe area for a single woman. Taking a ground floor apt was the worst mistake I ever made....Well the second year the front of my walk way which was the parking area became a resting place for broke down cars. And most of all the straw that broke the camels back was when my front door was kicked in(completely off the frame) and my apartment robbed in broad daylight in visible view of the leasing office( with no witnesses)unbelievable! Per this apartment complex break-ins are no shock and are somewhat common)other than that the foor plans are great, the manager Bennie is a sweetheart, but they truly need to investigate their other very shakey staff(maintenace,plummers and etc). So my word of advise is, never get comfortable and never feel secure, because no one living in this complex truly is.
