Parking: ample, may be a few minutes walk away, but always a spot somewhere.

Noise Level:the girl below me had a 4 yr old who woke me up every time he wined & cried in the middle of the night. Walls don't do much to insulate loud talking & music

Grounds: Nice landscaping, but lot's of dog doo-dee so be careful where you step!

Safety: a peeping tom/stalker & a few car break-ins. Gate worked 95% of the time but ppl just tailgate in anyway.

Construction: Older bldngs so it has become the choice environment for rats!

Maintenance quality: They always came within 1-2 days, but often took several returns to get it right

Office staff: Only one hag, the rest are pretty cool.

Overall Compared to other apts: Be prepared for flying roaches(waterbugs) to join you every night from July-September/October.
We didn't know tenants in our building had roaches until they moved out. It was then that the roaches came to everyone elses apt looking for food & water! Within 4 months 4 out of 8 tenants in the building moved out bcz of those roaches & bcz of the rats which ran through the in the walls every couple of nights.
