Nice complex turned ghetto

When Post Valley was first built, it was probably the nicest complex in the area. It's a gated community with lush landscaping and nice tennis and pool areas. Then, within the past few years, the quality of tenets has dropped significantly. Loud music from both apartments and cars on the property is a serious (and unaddressed issue). The on-call off-duty Smyrna Police officer might just as well not even be there. She's apathetic and slow to answer calls. Lots of loitering in the parking lots going on late at night. Lots of shady people sitting in their cars blasting rap. Management hasn't done anything about it either. The walls are super-thin, as are the ceilings and floors. My guess is that Post Valley will be sold off in a couple of years to another property management company, which would be good for Post Properties' reputation.
