I'll start with the good. The staff is friendly, but they don't really help to get things fixed. They're just nice about it.

Just being married, we wanted to get an inexpensive place to live, but we didn't want something this cheap. They told us it was 710 sq ft, but recently they figured out a new way of calculating the ACTUAL living space, and it turns out to be only 566 sq ft.

And the rats... they took TWO WEEKS before they even got someone out here with a trap, and then I came home to find a dead rat with his head caught in the trap (very unpleasant and bloody).

It is a safe gated community though... oh wait... that's right, a car and a motorcycle were stolen, and MY car was broken into and the radio was stolen.

Basically, with Post Valley, you get what you pay for.

I thought the price was decent, and people were friendly, until you actually become a resident, they do a full turn around. I ended up paying for things i didnt even cause when i moved out, not to mention if ur even a few hours late on your rent get ready to shell out 50-80 extra dollars people. One good thing i guess from reading other reviews, my car didnt get broken into, guess thats a plus??? (sarcasm)
