When I moved to Atlanta, I kept hearing a lot of hype about Post Properties. My experience with alot of hype is, it is just that "hype". But Post Valley proved me wrong. The Staff were quite helpful and things always seemed to be fixed same day. Security on the few occasions that we called them for our young noisey neighbours down stairs were always quick to respond. As for the property, the landscaping is great and the property is always clean. The one issue I had was with Rebecca the lead Sales person. The salesperson I dealt with understood that giving a sizeable deposit was not possible as I had to convert the money from one currency to another. She said to me not to worry they would set it up under Post's name and they would bill me. I thought this was very kind and understanding. When Rebecca took over, she simply cut the gas and electricity and told me it was not her problem - deal with it. Well, if she had given me notice then I could have done something, also I may not have purchased groceries prior to going away in the summer for a wknd. Anyways, you can imagine upon my return in 100 degree temps that the apartment did not smell great. I voiced my opinion to her higher ups and explained this kind of customer service or lack of...was completely unacceptable. They refunded me the $200.00 I paid for my groceries and Rebecca made sure to stay clear of me. Besides this incident on a whole I was completely satisfied with my stay at Post Valley.
