The floors are really really squeaky which is ok if you live on the top floor but if you live on the bottom floor it is nearly impossible to get any decent amount of sleep. Even if you get maintence to completly re-do your ceilings it still squeaks and you can still hear walking upstairs and I mean BADLY.

They also have issues with their garbage and taking it out on a regular basis. It can smell often and it seems like they just rent to anybody these days. Many of times I have seen people evicted for not being able to pay their rent although they do give good notice.

The landscape is still pretty decent but the property could use some renovation and new floors and ceilings. The buildings are just too old. The gate not working at times is an issue too.

I could just go on and on and on but I think this is enough. Either look at another Post Properties or look at another apartment complex in general.
