I just moved here in June 2006 and have had very little problems. I have seen rats running to the trash collection area as I exit the complex. Repair times are okay (within a couple of days). The extermination is once a week if needed. The management will hold any packages delivered if I am not here. The gym, two pools and three tennis courts are great. There is a carwash, two laundry facilities and recycling on site. It has a good location, although traffic to the nearest highway can be a pain sometimes. I think it is a great value for the money, considering that living downtown, one could pay twice as much and the commute to work would be about the same driving time.
Since the new management took over in 2007, there have been some road improvements. The gate now has a camera so that gate violators can be beater down by some authority' The rats are gone. The landscaping guys come out and make the place look good. The gym has been moved and redone. The number of machines has decreased, though! There is now a lounge area with free wireless internet and huge flat screen televisions. There is no change machine for laundry. There are no sidewalks. The management team is nice and has been attentive to me every time I have encountered them. The repair guy used to leave a note. I think they may still do that although I am not sure, since I have not had an emergency lately. The price for rent has increased every year that I have been here.
