I have lived here 4 months and have had problems since planning to move in (which shoud've be my sign to STOP.) The staff is rude and not helpful. I've had to ask for every repair and maintainence at least 2 times. The rats in the front of the complex (where I live) are large and NASTY. The walls are paper thin and you can hear EVERYTHING your neighbor above and below you is doing. You think the neighbors are loud, but the walls are just thin. So thin that for during the summer months the A/C runs constantly to keep the apartment cool and runs the bill up. We pay for a gated community but the gate doesn't always work and a sleeping security is placed at the gate-who doesn't do anything. This post properties is not like any other post property I've stayed at. It's cheap and run down and the management is like no other post managment I've see-UNPROFESSIONAL. I'm moving as soon as my lease is over.
