This complex is no longer owned by post. Since Park Valley has come in things have gone down hill. Rats are in the driveway dead weekly on my way out to work. You never know when maintenance has been there. When post was owner they left comment cards about what they did and who was there. The office staff is ghetto. I am not your friend I am a resident, they don't seem to understand that. Bugs all over the hallways/entrance ways. They are attempting to update everything but jobs are left have done, they've been repaving the front entrance way (were the dead rats like to be) and have left a portion undone. I have wholes in the racks of the refrigerator door, water leaked into my cabinets and through the wall to the carpet. The water warped the cabinets and they never replaced them.
