My boyfriend and I moved here about a couple weeks ago, and we love it here. We really haven't seen any bugs at all, but it is the south so we do anticipate to see some bugs at some point in living here. Especially since we are on the bottom level. Unfortunately when we first moved in our apartment wasn't ready, and I admit at first we were furious. When we informed the person who we had been working with, he compensated the inconvenience. It wasn't a big problem, the new appliances and carpet were all installed, but they had failed to vacuum before we arrived. Very helpful staff, beautiful landscape... so far it is a great place to be, I couldn't ask for more.
