I took a visit to Park Valley after speaking with a very nice lady over the phone by the name of Danita. She was very welcoming. When I arrived I was impressed with the service of the staff, as well as the leasing office, fitness center, wi-fi area and the flat screens and more.
The apartments however, if not the renovated ones are really old and small. Not worth the money to me. But the renovated ones have great new appliances are look really good...but again very small, and a lot of other places are offering more space for the same amount of money or close to it.
The grounds were nice, the neighborhood was quiet and everyone seemed really friendly as I took my tour. The staff even know the names of all of their residents that came in the door or we ran across on the tour, I was impressed. I move in soon...when I move in I will give an update.

Have you moved into Park Valley apartments yet? I would like to know if you still recommend moving here.
