I've lived here for about 1.5 weeks now. My apartment is newly renovated, so I like it. You can tell the buildings are older since the floors creak and the exterior looks old. After reading the other reviews, I requested a top floor apartment. The appliances in the kitchen and the bathroom both look nice though. It is a bit small, but for the rent can't ask for much more. The staff (mostly) is great. Within 1-2 days they have addressed any issues I've had with apartment. (Even when the pull on my blinds broke--they fixed it the next day.) They were even nice enough to have someone stay at my apartment with the Comcast technician when the Comcast people gave me a really hard time. I'm still up in the air about safety. Some of my neighbors look pretty seedy but I haven't had any issues with them. I've also see children and women walking around, so I think it is fine. BuLYzGcKAVo8MQPlcXJq
