You can do better

I must echo some of the feedback listed by the previous person that left a review of Post Spring. The management shifts regularly and I'd struggle to say they were helpful.
I never felt like I was in jeopardy with the safety of Post Spring. However, I did have a break in after a year of living there. Management was so slack that I had to request a new door. They were going to try and leave it with all the crowbar marks. Get a security system if you're going to stay here. The security gate at the front is better than most, but it still leaves the complex vulnerable.
I lived directly across from the pool and I must say that the Post parties are extremely loud. The noise from their speakers fills the entire complex. It's usually not good music anyway. Just a bunch of guidos up at the pool. Plus, you get to hear the sounds of 285 at night.
It's an okay place, but for the $$ you can definitely find something better in the vinings area. Post Spring says that they love their residents, but I haven't seen any proof of it.

This place is getting real ghetto! Screaming kids, lots of "suspicious traffic" late at night. Lots of undesirable residents. I had a stalker and of course management didn't do a damn thing!
