Office staff is wonderful. All maintenance requests fulfilled within 24 hours. Beautifully maintained exterior. I feel very safe. I never hear any of the traffic from 285. I have great neighbors (mostly young professionals) and very few children. I just wish the price was a bit lower (rent doesn't include water, so it comes out to over $1000 per month with the water fee). Only real complaint is the highspeed internet company isn't worth the high price (dsl/cablenet not available).
