Appearneces can be deceiving

Post Spring is an ideal starter apartment for you, until you find where you really want to live in Atlanta. The two-bedroom apartments are huge, 1300 sq. ft. The one-bedroom apartments are half that size.
While the grounds look great and are nicely kept, the pool area has hit or miss days. Sunday's, when there is no management or maintenance presence, it looks like a frat party just left with garbage and beer bottles strewn everywhere.
There is no longevity of staff. The office staff averages 2-4 months before moving on to another Post Property.
Be careful while driving inside the community. Stop signs are ignored entirely and young, distracted drivers average 45mph around tight corners and through the hills.
The workout room is top-notch including a full dumbbell set, treadmills, cybex machines and televisions with headphone jacks. There is no reason to pay $300 for a health club.
