The apartment complex is nice. It has a great pool.

They have an awful internet connection that gives you a real speed of 350 kb/s. There is no way to get a faster internet conneciton without paying bellsouth for a home phone.

After your first lease, you will face a 15% price increase over a price that is already higher than any other apartment complex near by. The reasons are: increased real estate taxes that did not go up and increased operating cost when the energy cost dropped by 25% in a year. I will move out because my rent went up from $770 to $865!

Unless you do not care about a good internet connection or being cheated on price, I do not recommend this place.

How is raising your rent on renewal cheating on price? Post only had a one year lease with you, after that they can do whatever they want. The high rent also keeps out the undesirables, if you read reviews of apartments you will find that a big complaint is black people and --------.

And FYI you do not have to pay Bellsouth for a phone... you can just get internet.

Funny how you mention that black people are the "big" complaint. I've had two WHITE neighbors both evicted because of "undesirable" behavior and not paying their rent on time. Interesting how you people like to put all black people in the same category. I would call you something derogatory too but I don't want to bring myself down to your level. I am able to effectively communicate the facts.
