I have lived in these apartments for almost a year and I have one complaint RUDE, RUDE, RUDE management. When I moved in, I was very impressed with the property; aferall Post has a great reputation. However, around the beginning of this year, I noticed that when I called the office, this one particular person was very rude and has continued to be since. I will not mention any names, but her name begins with a C.... I am usually a pretty easy going person and I fail to understand why someone who willingly took a job in customer service/support does not have a clue as to how to provide it. Training might be an option to consider...
