The management staff are the most unprofessional group of people I have ever dealt with. They are very immature and have no idea how to run an apartment complex. They are all girls that just graduated from college. They conveniently lost our 60 day notice and now want to charge us an additional 2 months rent. They also gave us a hard time about getting a key release to our utility providers. I have even contacted their corporate Area VP and she has yet to respond to several messages and emails. Make sure you get them to sign and make a copy of everything that you turn into them. This complex is way over priced. you can get a better apartment in smyrna than having to resort to living in this complex.
