I have been here at Post Spring for almost a year and I love it.

It's a beautiful complex, the best I have ever stayed in.

The landscape is kept up weekly and the walls are not thin like in other apartment complexes.

Also, they offer spacious floor plans with nice closet space.

All of the appliances and light fixtures are very nice, definitely an upgrade from other apartments I have lived in.

Be prepared to pay at least an extra $30/month for water, sewer, etc.

with your rent .

The maintenance staff are very quick in responding to your requests; they have always responded to me the next day.

Also, I like the online access to your account, rent can be paid and maintenance requests can be made at their website.

However, the only other thing I have to say about the complex is the office staff.

When I first moved in they were in the process of changing management, the new property manager now seems nice but sometimes the other ladies in the office seem like they are not interested in assisting me when I go into the office.

Maybe, I'm catching them at wrong times during the day.

I don't know.

Other than that it's a great place to live.
