Too much for the price

Trying to be as neutral and practical as possible.
Pros: Nice landmarking, vegetation, fairly less old a community, less roaches and flies, maintenance is okay, though sometimes it takes over 24 hours to get the maintenance guy to get in your apartment.
Cons: Rules are rules, a day late and you got to pay 10% of your rent as late fee with your rent, no exceptions, no consideration of you being a human who can forget to pay on time - you learn the hard way. The staff is least yielding. Evenings you hear apartments and cars on high volume, especially the high bass woofer sound getting you headaches. Lately had at least 3 cases of robberies (July and Aug 09), a house breakage and once saw three police cars searching for a criminal hiding in the community. Way more you pay for the pros. Prices are like stock values, varying every morning!
When I got in, things looked good but it is no more the same post spring I use to hear. Things have changed for bad. Overall, I don't recommend it.

If you were unable to pay the rent on time, maybe this was not the place for you to move. After all, it was clearly stated on your lease when the rent was due each month. As for robberies, they appear to be happening all over the city of Atlanta and its surroundings. The Panera Bread company was robbed a few months ago - located on Paces Ferry Road. If you do not want to hear loud noises, then maybe apartment living is not for you. I have lived here for several months and am very satisfied with the property.
