For the most part is was a good place to live. I am very thankful my neighbor was not home most of the time. The wall are paper thin and if you live by someone who is loud then that will drive you crazy. The building is old and there is one maintaince man. If the repairs is major it will take them forever. If you have any repair job make sure you let them know in writing and keep a copy for yourself. Read your lease and hold them to the same standard they will hold you to.
