The other person is right if you don't mind the little things you will do ok. Don't expect call backs and don't let them blow you off with some lame excuse. They have a tendancy to do that!! The maintaince man is not the nicest person at times and needs a full time assistant.

I lived at the Springs for over a year. Now, I must admit, I love the quietness of the complex. However, there is a downside to it. The apartment manager "Dawn" has a self-righteous attitude toward her residents. She does not show a caring attitude toward her residents at all. If you really look at the property, the only landscaping is done around the entrance,the leasing office and the property managers unit. In addition, the property manager lives on property. If you look at where she lives and then look at the other apartments, you will be shocked. Around Dawn???s apartment entrance, the grounds are landscaped and in the back of her unit, she has an outside patio that is built up and raised. Why can???t other residents enjoy that pleasure? Her backspace is built in so much that she can fit a barbeque smoker and her boyfriend has wood chopped up and ready as they enjoy their barbeques in her state of the art townhouse. Now, if she would put that much excitement and effort into the property it would be a better place to live. It is very overpriced and you can forget emergency maintenance that is a joke. It will take forever to get anything fixed. Now, they will eventually fix your issues, but it will take a minute. Now, to the property, the dumpster area is infested with giant rats. It scares me to even take my trash out. I have to stand out from the dumbster and throw it in and hope that one of those cat size rats will not come out. The rats are so big and they are not scared of you. The apartment buildings are mainly wood and the wood is rotting off the building. If you look closely, you can see the condition of the wood on the outside of the apartment. The gutters are horrendous. That is a must see. There have been a few break-in???s in the complex but I think that that was brought in. I know that these things may seem little in some people eyes but if you are looking to move into an environment, where the staff of the complex appreciates you, then the springs is not for you. If you move in, you will get a few basic cable channels free (A VERY FEW), it is not like the big sign that they advertise, no lifetime (damn). Overall, it is a quiet complex. Its ok. If you move here, you really feel like a renter. I just believe that if you pay your money that you should be treated with dignity and respect. Also, upon move out, you will be expected to have your apartment in better condition than you got it or you will be hit with a list of fees that will blow your mind.
