Noisy Neighbors

We moved into the Springs recently and we have been having problems with our next door neighbor having relations at all hours of the night. The floors are squeaky so you can hear everything. It's hard if you have a job to go to each day at 7 am and your neighbor has relations throughout the night. And you can never get in touch with the Leasing Manager. She is always away from the office.
