We lived here for the better part of two years, but we moved out because the rent got a little too high. For the square footage, this complex isn't a bargain. But the management (Dawn) is great and the maintenance team is fast and knowledgable.

The complex is heavy on trees and gorgeous in the fall. The workout room was always empty when we used it (which is a big plus for us). Our neighbors were never noisy but your mileage may vary.

We did have one interesting (but uneventfull) encounter with a raccoon on the way to the workout room one night but that's to be expected in some parts of Atlanta, I think.

The only noteable problem with our apartment was our toilet, which tended to run sometimes, in the middle of the night. Other than that, everything was quite positive; no mold, A/C always worked, range never broke, never blew a fuse, etc.
