All you really need to know is that you need to find a better place to live. That's it. So please keep looking.

I'm serious.

Some people will tell you not to listen to people on these sites because only negative things are said from people who are just pissed off idiots. Well, decide that for yourself! I read the ratings on this site before I moved in (notice I still moved in) and I'll tell you what, BIG MISTAKE!! I SHOULD HAVE LISTENED to the real people writing on this board.

The Springs Apartment Homes is a complete failure for an apartment community. I know because I've lived in several other apartment homes in marietta, kennesaw, and smyrna and I promise you I have been treated 300X better. Never before have I witnessed such lack of concern or complete disregard for residents who pay timely and full rent every month.

The Management is completely incompetent. ONE person is in charge of THE ENTIRE COMPLEX. Its true, and probably still will be by the time you read this. How can one person service hundreds of paying residents who need attention to unavoidable maintenance problems in their apartments!'!' IT DOESN"T HAPPEN. In fact, at times you almost feel like dealing with management is more like dealing with some slum landlord.

There are two main maintenance staff for the entire site. Yes I mean two people. They fix lightbulbs, and occasionally will change a knob for you, but don't expect any plumbing work when your ceiling caves in because bath water is leaking from the bathroom upstairs down into the ceiling above your kitchen. You see its common around here. Maybe thats the issue. You'll get a bunch of promises, excuses, and no results. In the lease it says, "Put it in writing, and we'll fix it." Nope. Not True. Water has been leaking above my head in the kitchen for many months. Its like a stream of water coming from a crack in the ceiling. So you would think, well I'll go over her head then... get some answers.. but then YOU CAN"T FIGURE OUT HOW TO CONTACT MANAGEMENT. Seriously try to look it up on Google! Who are they' Where are they' What's their real name' YOU SEE. NOBODY IS ACCOUNTABLE HERE. Keep looking please!!

I met someone in the crappy gym here who was having the same serious issue as me, and I see on another post in this forum someone else had the same problem.

The apartments are old too... probably built sometime in the 70's which has allowed plenty of time for roaches and millipede things and other wierd creatures to emerge from the framework. And yes I see all of these insects in my apartment. I am thoroughly disgusted with this place and I can't wait to leave. I will always talk about the bad experience I have had here because I have been treated with total indifference. I hope by my writing this, someone out there hears me, and gives your business to another apartment community who will actually SERVICE YOUR REQUESTS, and TREAT YOU WELL.

Oh and take a good look at that ugly mattress-sized swimming pool. Might be a good place to hang out..... ..Just Kidding.
