Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008
I currently live at the Springs. I have been there for almost 2 years now. The apartments are old and there is no closet space. You can buy a washer and dryer if you are willing to hook it up in your clothes closet. The white paint comes of the tub. The wallpaper is peeling.I moved there because it was cheap, but now it just not worth it. We now have a new manager( I don't know if that's good are bad. I didn't have a problem with Roaches because I spray outside and inside myself. That place need to be torn down it two old. Laundry room is a hot mess I had to take my clothes to a coin wash to wash my clothes some where else.
