I have resided at the Springs for over ten years. During that time, my experiences have been varied and not completely positive. From changes in management/new ownership, severe infestations, unnecessary removal of trees, which add to the park-like setting, providing shade, lack of concern from management to address issues in a timely fashion, rotten wood panels on buildings, attempts at renovation, etc. Nothing has been more positive than the addition of a new resident manager and maintenance team. Our current manager, with her professional, friendly attitude, genuine concern and willingness to assist and address issues has made my stay here that much more pleasant, and subsequently increased overall occupancy. It is because of our new onsite manager, in part, that I continue to reside at the Springs Apartment Homes.
