I have lived at the Springs for almost 3 years and have had varied experiences. The Springs have taken a turn for the positive. Since Dawn (the old property manager) left the property has changed so much. When Dawn worked for the complex she hired non qualified maintenance workers, didn't respond to calls, didn't maintain the property, kept the pool dirty and closed. The new manager Rosie is great and is doing a wonderful job upgrading the apartments and responding to tenants questions quickly. Rosie is very helpful, she makes sure the pool is open and clean, the workout room is clean, and the bugs that used to be on the property when Dawn was here are gone. The apartments are nicer and I see the positive changes that have been made. Most of all the community is really, really, really quiet.

How do we know that this posting isn't don't by the new manager? It seems that overall this place seems to have a lot of negative postings (could just be sour grapes, but I suspect there is some validity to some of the complaints). This posting seems sort of out of left field.
