I lived here in 2002 and did not have really any problems while living here.
There was a consistent gas smell in my apartment, and i bought a carbon monoxide detector to be safe. And my pilot light kept going out on the stove.
When I called to have it fixed by maintenance, it was always fixed quickly.
They were doing some work on the roof of my building for a short period of time, which was loud and left wooden debris on my balcony.
But i enjoyed the wooded view from my apartment, which was towards the front of the complex.
I had no problems from any neighbors, actually it was very peaceful and i lived alone and always felt safe.
The location is great and I would recommend this apartment complex to others.
The only reason I moved is because of my job requiring me to relocate.
