My wife and I took a tour of these apartments and decided that we would give them $250.00 ($50.00 for processing the ap and I see now that the other $200.00 must have been for crack) and fill out an application. We were accepted and gave a tenative move in date 60 days from the application. Shortly thereafter I was informed by my job that I was moving to Denver, so I notified the management that I would not be moving in.

This was almost two months ago and I have not seen one dime of my deposit. The management promised me at least a partial refund (yeah yeah,,,promises promises). All I can say about these people is BUYER BEWARE. Give them nothing but the processing fee until you take possession of your apartment or they are liable to buy more crack and tell you they don't remember you ever giving them any money.
