This complex is very old and problematic apartment and management does'nt seem to care :

Entrance is always a problem here.Security gates never work. I have seen residents breaking them in fustration. Security gates are always broken.

Even a kid knows that you should not have trees and shrubs very near to the Swimming pool becuase it will get dirty with leaves and all.
In this apartment ,there are lot of trees and shrubs very near to the swimming pool. Pool is always covered with leaves,sticks and dirt. It is highly impossible to use the pool.


Most of the apartment complexes in Atlanta have free Tennis clinics. This apartment also have free clinics on Monday but there is no place for new-comers. New comers struggle with expert Tennis players who get coachings on Thu. There is almost no coachings on Mondays. You go there are just be witness to some wonderful shots played by others. And then someone will suggest you better come on thu to receive some real coaching.

They are missing small things like refersher fans in bathrooms which is very neccesary or else the whole bathroom fills with steam when you take shower. This is so important but it is missing.
When ever you complain and compare with other apartment complexes ,all you hear from sales is we are missinh few things because this apartment is very old.But rent is never low.

I don't give any ratings to this complex , this is a worthless apartment and we should wait till the lease gets over.
