This new maintenance supervisor doesn't know much of anything and it shows when he tries to fix something. It takes him all day and the problem is still not resolved. He said he was hired for his carpentry skills...duh what about the maintenace of heating and air that he can not fix... to me that is more important than cutting a piece of wood that he doesn't have to do on a daily. What is wrong with the manager who hired him maybe she need's a little more education in recruiting the best person for the job.
