I recently moved out after 3 years. Everything was great the first year--nice relatively large floor plans and some of the most competitive rent in the area.

After 2002-2003, everything started getting progressively worse. Trash began appearing all over the place, the buildings were never cleaned on the outside, bugs everywhere, landscaping (the reason I chose these apts) all of the sudden became non-existant, the lake was filthy and very disgusting most of the time, the compactor was always overflowing and smelled awful...etc

Most of these buildings are 30 years old and are starting to look their age. There are noticeable electrical problems (when the range fan is turned on the TV would pop) and mold issues with the HVAC.

These problems can all be fixed, but the staff currently there just doesn't seem to care. Hopefully, someone will turn these apts around, because when I moved in, I was extremely happy. So the potential for greatness is still there...now if only someone will put in the effort to restore The Park at Vinings

That lazy ass service manager mike dosen't know s***. Gigi and Hans can work circles around him. The front office staff sucks. They make promises to you that they can't keep. So beware of Christine's BullS*** just to get you to sign a lease.
