I lived here for 6 months until I got termites in my bedroom. They called pest control to come out but that did not resolve the problem. The apartments do have large size plans and the community is pretty. The gym sucks! The equipment makes loud noises and the radio does not work most of the time. The gym is toooo small. During the summer they need to clean the pool sometime.

Not only did I have termites, one of the Leasing Consultants informed me that she have them too. I don't see why they are making this a light issue. This is a serious problem. The buildings could be gone tomorrow. I paid $605 for my 850sqf apartment which is reasonable for the area. It was always quiet and I did find parking spots every night, my only major concern were the termites in my bedroom. I could see them at night crawling on the walls in the room.

Gee.....That's not the big problem....There are rats that live here about the size of cats. They live under the trash compactor and under the under ground sewage drains. From what the service manager Mike said, they are trying to kill the thounds that live under the community.
