Management: Definately NOT ok
Leasing Staff: Great
Maintenance: OK
I've lived here for a couple of years. Every so often the maintenance staff will be right on and then other times it takes days sometimes even weeks. Landscapers start up whenever they want to with no regards to if anyone is asleep or not. There are rats, snakes, lizards, ants, spiders & termites. dont dare go near the compacter at night you might get attacked by the rats. Most of the office staff seems to be very pleasant, Jonathon, Mervith('), Ashley and a new girl (sorry I don;t know your name). but upper management can never be seen has anyone ever met the so-called community manager julie' and Christin can be pleasant if you can ever get aholt of her. it seem like anytime they get anyone worth their salt on the maintenance that they chase them away. Rex, Keith & Hanz were the best that they have had and now they are gone and i don't trust anyone else to come into my home, i have had things turn up missing. If you want somethign done you need to do it yourself (it will get done better and faster). The buildings have never been redone and the need to be beleive me! the walls have soft spots, theres mold & mildew, windows and sunroofs are drafty as can be.
BREAKINS. My car has been broken into and so have my neighbors, another of my neighbors had their home broken into. And the office acts like there nothing they can do about it, the camera at the gate doesn't work, the gate never works, and half the people that come in know the code to get in. the onsite officer is a joke and says hes CObb County PD but when it comes time to act does nothing that he needs to do and just says "uh, call 911" There are "ghetto thugs" living here now and I fear for my safety 99% of the time they ride through like they own this place and I dont pay to live in the ghetto. I don't want to be exposed to the lifestyle of drygs and the such. As soon as my lease is up I am leaving. I am a quiet resident and never really complain about much (excpet when my sleep has been disturbed from landscapers, etc) and I just feel i just be treated fairly. STAY AWAY> SAVE YOUR MONEY GO TO POST!!

What? Hanz is gone? When did this happen? There went the service team....down the drain. Without Hanz there is no service department. I think everyone that reads this should call there corporate office and voice there concern about what really is happening out here!
